Here is the translation of Austin is Trots op Lance:

The streets of Austin have slowly/gradually been coloured yellow the past few weeks. The citizens of the Texas’ capital are closely following the achievements of their hero, Lance Armstrong. Hence, Austin pretends to be the cycling-capital of the United States.

Mathias Meyer is a Dutch who has been living in Austin for quite a while and works in a bicycle store. Every morning cycling fans gather in the store to watch the tour.

We can see it in the store, since Lance has been champion of the tour seven times, our business has been going up of course. And a lot of people
come into the store saying: “He, we wanna do a bit of cycling ourselves as well”.

Besides, the general American hasnít got a clue about the tour de France.
